Reduced risk of Alzheimer's linked to fatty acids...

As reprted on CNN, Friday, February 21, 2003, a recent report and study showed that those consuming oils high in unsaturated fats rather than saturated fats were half as likely to develop Alzheimer's disease. Further, those consuming oils with Omega-6 essential fatty acids had a 70% reduced risk.

Ed. note: The above was derived from a brief CNN television report. CNN's web site carries the article but excludes the Omega-6 reference and discusses other items.
